Location: Remote
Hours: 9am – 6pm Central Standard Time
Pay: “On Target Earnings” is more than $1000 per month. Starts at $700 per month + Bonuses per signed contract and per closed deal ; Paid Bi-Weekly or Twice per Month

Position: Outbound Real Estate Caller and Appointment Setter
Position Overview: In this role you’ll be the frontline of our acquisitions team, connecting with property owners to explore their interest in selling their properties. Your role is pivotal in identifying opportunities for our company to invest and grow. The ideal candidate is outgoing, positive, coachable, and a dynamic communicator capable of building rapport and navigating conversation by applying your own personal touch to our call scripts and templates.

What you’ll be doing in this position on the team:
1. Outbound cold calling to prospects using the dialer, software, and scripts we provide.
2. Utilize scripts to guide conversations and adjust them to your personal style while maintaining our company’s values.
3. Complete forms and take clear notes to provide detailed information to the team.
4. Categorize leads based upon information gathered during the call, assign a status to the lead and manage the CRM database accordingly.
5. Set appointments for our property specialists to discuss the potential sale of the property with the owners contacted.
6. Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.
7. Provide exceptional service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Compute or Laptop and High Speed Internet
• Quiet place to work 8 hours per day.

• Stable internet connection & reliable computer with functioning headset
• Basic computer knowledge
• Persistent, consistent, hardworking, no call reluctance

Preferences (but not necessarily required):
• Cold calling experience
• Sales experience
• Real estate knowledge and experience
• Experience with Dialer software, CRM software, email and other communication tools
