Responsibilities:
Cultivate meaningful connections with potential clients over the phone.
Confidently address investment property inquiries and provide accurate information.
Effectively utilize our CRM system to track all client interactions and monitor sales progress.
Diligent follow-up on leads, requests, and inquiries from prospective buyers.
Foster rapport with clients, overcome objections, and facilitate the contract process.
Take charge of selling properties, handling phone calls, and negotiating prices.
Collaborate seamlessly with your team and embrace the opportunity to learn from experienced mentors.
Qualifications:
A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, including impeccable phone etiquette.
Prior experience in managing leads and databases.
One or more years of experience in sales, preferably in a phone sales environment.
Compensation:
This full-time position offers a starting base salary of $500 USD per month, complemented by a $250 bonus for each property successfully sold.
