We are a European based start up launching May 1st and are looking for one final member of our founding team (after having confirmed several candidates from here). We have significant experience in our niche and highly lucrative sector, and especially with running and building high performance remote teams.
** We are looking for candidates with the following: **
– Strong experience with recruiting passive candidates and/or outbound calling or sales experience (we need someone that has experience going after candidates or prospects, not waiting for them to respond to a job advert/post)
– Strong level of competitiveness – motivated by incentives and wanting to win
– Able to understand and read between the lines of a client request
– Excellent time management and prioritization skills
– Able to work full time from May 1st & willingness to work European hours (approx 14:00 – 23:00 or 24:00 in PHP time)
– Must be available full-time (please note: this is not a role that can be done part-time or with other jobs, we will need your full attention and effort – there will be a lot of communication, training, support, and working together each day)
** Role: Recruiter / Head Hunter **
– Recruit across all industries with a focus on Europe under tight deadlines using search tools such as LinkedIn
– Recruit for shorter term engagements, not full roles
– Reaching out to candidates by phone and email, screening them, and presenting them
– Recruit on multiple projects at the same time e.g., surgeons, marketing directors, procurement managers
– Work towards tight deadlines on multiple projects
