We are looking for a Sales Assistant to help prospect, reach out, qualify, and assist with sales. You will be given lists of phone numbers and emails to reach out to, as well as a general script to help guide the conversation. It is important you are able to think on your feet and guide the conversation, with the ultimate goal of getting the customer to place an order, set-up a meeting to learn more, or give us the contact info for the key decision maker/buyer.
You must have very strong English skills and communicate easily and clearly, since you will be on the phone a lot. Written communication is also very important, as you will be sending many emails.
You will also help generate lists of leads, by searching in Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other sources to help compile contact info, company names, phone numbers, etc. Once you compile the lists, you will then email or call them, trying to get a sale or set-up a meeting.
You may also help prospect social media accounts, message them, coordinate communications, and enter into data sheets to help our marketing team.
In this role you will :
Place outbound sales calls from internet generated leads.
Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to achieve sales and productivity objectives.
Close new accounts through outbound calls and follow-up on referrals.
Maintain and drive a sales cycle using our CRM.
Prospect new business by establishing rapport with decision-makers, identifying needs, and asking for referrals.
Leverage a range of communication tools, phone, email, internet, and more to engage prospects.
SKILLS NEEDED:
Outbound Call Center Experience Preferred. We provide ongoing training for success.
Professional communication/telephone skills.
