Outbound Sales Caller

You will only be making calls to QUALIFIED LEADS who have given us their details, no cold calling.

I need an outbound lead caller who can follow up with legal leads and turn them into clients.

Having experience in a telephone environment or calling centre for the Australian market is absolutely essential.

You must have a great telephone manner and be very comfortable on the phone talking to all sorts of people. This role is working for a legal company qualifying leads who are wanting to claim insurance for injuries/work accidents.

Experience in this type of field will be very useful.

You must have a great ability working in a CRM and fully adept at creating workflows and correspondence to make your own life and the business life simpler.

You will need to be excellent at follow up and very organised, rigorous and diligent at following the process and protocols.

The CRM you will use is Highlevel and you will use the VOIP dialler from within the CRM.

Following along with the scripted questions and taking notes is essential so a team from the legal department is able to make a quick decision about following up with the client and submitting a successful claim.

Full training will be provided but it is absolutely essential you are quick learner, think on your feet and are prepared to go the extra mile.

You must be prepared to get on a Google Meet and have a Face to Face interview and your presentation must be impeccable.
