Position: Virtual Assistant – Outbound Sales
Company: Hoffman Lawn and Fertilization
Location: Remote (Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm Ohio time)

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, informing them about our premium lawn care services
Educate clients on the benefits of our services and tailor offerings to meet their needs
Provide pricing information and confidently handle objections to close sales
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Requirements:

Strong internet speed and a reliable computer or laptop
Proficiency in using common software applications
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Minimum of an associate degree
Experience in outbound sales and customer service
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm Ohio time
Familiarity with VoIP phone systems for client and lead calls
