Position: Outbound Sales/Lead Generation Specialist – Fire Alarm Design Services

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Outbound Sales/Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading fire protection engineering firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record in identifying, cultivating, and converting leads into viable business opportunities. In this crucial role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our tailored fire protection design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Deploy effective lead generation strategies to source new prospects within the commercial building sectors, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, web search, and other databases.
Outreach: Execute high volume outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage decision-makers, with the goal of illustrating the value proposition of our design services. Must be able to call during United States business hours.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, accurately tracking communications and lead status in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to relay customer requirements and constraints, facilitating tailored proposals that address client-specific fire protection needs.
Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activity and targets, providing insights into lead generation effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably within the fire protection or technical services industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with a self-starter attitude and the drive to exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Zoho Office Suite.
Knowledge of the fire protection industry is a plus or willing to learn.
