JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team
as a Wedding Planner Outreach Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion
for customer service and a strong ability to effectively communicate over the
phone. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to wedding planners
with the goal of introducing them to our referral program and signing them up.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to wedding planners and venues to introduce our
referral program
Explain the benefits of the program and how it works
Answer any questions they may have
Follow up with wedding planners who have shown interest in the program
Maintain accurate records of all calls and conversations in our CRM
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and enrollment goals

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
