Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Rep to join our fast-growing short-term rental business. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by attracting new clients and building strong relationships within the industry. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, converting them into loyal customers, and contributing to the overall success of our rental properties.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, referrals, and industry associations.
Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients, understand their needs and preferences, and present our range of short-term rental offerings in a compelling and informative manner.
Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to understand clients’ requirements, provide tailored solutions, and showcase the unique value proposition of our rental properties.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and local market dynamics to provide informed insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities and leverage marketing materials for effective lead conversion.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales goals. Provide regular reports to the management team.
Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas as defined by the company.
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients regarding their rental experience, relay this information to the operations team for continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for efficient lead tracking.
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required by the industry demands.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
