Looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Rep to make cold calls to prospective leads and work in a real estate business that specializes in purchasing distressed properties.
Requirements include:
1. Reliable Phone and Internet Service
2. Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with good grammar.
3. Strong experience in making outbound sales calls. (Previous call center experience is a major plus (for example, Sprint Wireless, AT&T Wireless, Cash For Gold, telech etc)
4. Ability to work during Pacific Time Zone between 8am-8pm (Mondays thru Friday).
5. Prior experience in real estate or working for a real estate Investment business is preferable
6. Quiet work space is a must
7. Prior experience nurturing leads through follow up calls and messages a plus
Main Responsibilities may include:
1. Calling sellers to see if they are interested in selling and/or returning seller calls to obtain information on their property.
2. Performing follow up calls to sellers who were contacted in the past.
3. Negotiating with sellers to reach agreement on purchase prices.
4. Other tasks that may come up.
The primary goal of your position starting out will be to qualify real estate leads. You will be playing the role of the initial screenings. We will provide a list of leads on our dialer system to be cold called to make first contact and see if the owner may consider selling. If a lead is potentially interested in selling their property, you will qualify the lead and move the deal up the value chain to one of our real estate experts via setting a call back appt or scheduling a property visit.
Training Provided
We will start small at 8 – 10 hours per week for the first 14-30 days. After onboarding period we will scale up to 30-40 hours per week and could easily be more if you are good & aggressive.
