Outbound Sales Representative – 1038405

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, booking calls for our sales team while also sourcing and recruiting candidates. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a passion for building long-term relationships with customers and candidates.

Performance Objectives

· Make outbound calls to potential customers and candidates to identify their needs and present solutions

· Qualify and generate leads for the sales team

· Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, cold calling, emailing, and texting

· Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications

· Cold call candidates to showcase job openings

· Interview candidates

· Submit candidate profiles to the senior recruiter

· Build influential candidate relationships via call, text, and email

· Liaise between candidates and the senior recruiter

Capabilities / Key Competencies

· English language mastery, both verbal and written

· Ability to work on a self-initiated basis

· Premium customer service skills

· Ability to prioritize and work on multiple positions while meeting deadlines

· Efficient, detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy

· Must have a growth mindset

· Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

· Must be able to handle rejection

· Must have excellent communication skills

· Sales experience is preferred but not required.

· Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection

Job Location

Remote/Work from home
Must live in the Philippines
Must be able to work during USA business hours

Schedule:

· Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

· Schedule: Monday to Friday

Compensation:

· 28,378 PHP to 65,480 PHP per month base pay plus commissions, there is no ceiling on how much you can earn!
