Our client has a real estate company seeking a motivated and highly skilled B2B SaaS Outbound Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong English proficiency and have relevant experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales. As a key member of their sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling their cutting-edge products and services to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Familiarize Yourself with Products and Services: Thoroughly understand the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products and services to effectively communicate with potential clients.

2. Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients by calling from a provided list of phone numbers, introducing our products, and engaging in persuasive sales conversations.

3. Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls from prospective clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing relevant information about our offerings.

4. Client Engagement: Field basic questions and concerns regarding our products and services, ensuring a positive and informative client experience.

5. Consultation Scheduling: Schedule consultations between prospective clients and Sales Representatives to further explore their specific needs and present tailored solutions.

6. Call Logging: Maintain a detailed log of all outbound and inbound calls, recording outcomes and key insights for future reference and analysis.

7. Follow-up with Unreachable Prospects: Make multiple attempts to contact prospective clients who were initially unreachable to maximize outreach effectiveness.

8. Escalation of Product-related Complaints: Identify and communicate recurrent product-related complaints to the Manager, facilitating prompt resolution and improvement of our offering.

Requirements
– Strong English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– At least 2-5 years of B2B SaaS (or equivalent) outbound sales experience
– Result-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
– Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
– Exceptional telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
– Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain detailed call logs.
-Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
