Who are we looking for? An Outbound Sales Agent
Compensation: Fixed base pay of $400 per month + 4% sales commission
Schedule: Full-time
Requirements:
– 2+ years working as an outbound sales agent in the eCommerce industry
– Sales Experience: Seeking a dynamic sales representative with a strong background in hardcore sales. Successful applicants will perform protocol meetings with existing customers. This is our warm leads.
– Accent: You must have a neutral accent, resembling a Filipino who grew up and was raised in the US.
– Availability: Ability to work night shifts is required.
Skills:
– Upselling Expertise: Demonstrated ability to excel in upselling.
– Financial Motivation: Money-driven individuals are preferred.
– Performance Track Record: Proven track record as a top-performing sales professional.
