Starcrest Healthcare Staffing LLC is looking for an Outbound Sales Representatives to join their client’s team and help them take their company to the next level! As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales. Outbound Sales Duties:

*Combine an effective sales approach, effective communication skills, and knowledge of sales management theory to develop a strategic sales program
*Manage and oversee all outbound sales activities, including lead generation, and service sales
*Develop new sales programs, monitoring their effectiveness
*Create effective sales strategies, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and continually update marketing strategies
*Assume overall responsibility for all sales operations
*Provide technical training and support
*Make competitive comparisons of competitors’ prices and services
*Encourage clients to maintain close relationships with company
*Identify potential sales leads for manager
*Recommend and implement new sales approaches
*Keep abreast of sales trends and changes within the industry

Outbound Sales Responsibilities:

*Be able to communicate both orally and in writing
*Must be skilled in closing the sale
*Must be organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
*Ability to handle unforeseen goals

Requirements And Skills:

*Generate sales opportunities and close sales by educating, qualifying, and presenting products and services to prospective clients
*Relentlessly pursue clients, focusing on decision makers and influencers
*Oversee a team of sales professionals and agents
*Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve team / individual objectives
*Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective partners
*Drive customer acquisition strategies through both, inbound and outbound campaigns
*Coordinate implementation of sales strategies through marketing, product development, and customer service
*Create and manage sales plans
*Conduct market research, and competitor analysis
*Develop and maintain client relationships
*Help customers understand how our products and services meet their business needs
* Knowledge of Healthcare medical office sales (preferred)
