Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone and persuasively presenting our products/services to generate sales leads and close deals.
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth and building strong relationships with prospective clients. You will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent communication and negotiation skills, while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.
Responsibilities:
? Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales leads and securing new business opportunities.
? Utilize a provided script and product knowledge to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products/services.
? Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects by actively listening to their needs, addressing any concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
? Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
? Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns, promotions, and follow-up activities.
? Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving for excellence in performance.
? Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively represent our offerings and provide relevant information to potential customers.
? Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes, scripts, and strategies, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
? Uphold our company values and brand image by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
? Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals over the phone.
? Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
? Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
? Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is desirable.
? A positive and friendly attitude, coupled with a professional and polished demeanor.
? Resilience and the ability to handle rejection, turning it into motivation to achieve greater results.
? Knowledge of the industry or market we operate in is a plus.
Compensation
Your compensation depends on your performance, as this is a purely commission based role. Your estimated comp in the first month is around 3k-5k depending on your performance and can increase to 10k a month as your commissions compound.
