Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to generate sales from leads through outbound calls, effectively close deals, handle objections, and ensure a high conversion rate of outbound calls to sales. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and possess extensive experience in outbound sales.

Job responsibilities:
– Generate sales opportunities by making outbound calls to potential leads.
– Solid experience in cold calling
– Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
– Secure repeat business from existing clients across different brands.
– Effectively communicate company’s products and services to prospects and existing clients.
– Handle objections and address customer concerns to facilitate sales.
– Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance.
– Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends
– Work independently to meet and exceed sales goals.
– Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Job requirements:
– Should be very fluent in English
– Good to have: Can do Australian accent or at least neutral English accent
– Has experience with Australian market is a huge advantage
– Proven track record of success in outbound sales and closing deals
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to effectively handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
– Strong closing skills with a focus on achieving targets.
– Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Experience with CRM software is a plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
– Prior experience in the events industry is advantageous.

Salary is negotiable depending on the experience. This will be a 20hrs per week job and has a lot of incentives at stake when hitting the quota.
