Gym Reinforcements is looking for a FULL-TIME SALES REPRESENTATIVES who are capable of helping our growing Sales Team. Our fast growing company, Gym Reinforcements, sells fitness trial programs for gyms in the United States. Our Sales Representatives will call the leads in their CRM and nurture the leads toward the decision to buy a trial program so they can get healthy and fit.
The trial programs we offer to our prospect leads/customers can range from $67 per person to $299 per person depending on the gym owner you are working with.
Our Sales Associates are responsible for the following:
– Sending texts, emails, DM and making calls to the leads
– Asking compelling questions to get the leads to jump on a call with you
– Making 50+ outbound calls per day
– Having a upbeat and positive energy
– Achieving a minimum of 1 sale per day, 5 per week
– Learning about fitness and nutrition so you can answer common question
This sales position is NOT FOR EVERYONE. Be sure to read through the requirements carefully before applying.
You must have the following experiences & qualifications:
– Fluent in speaking North American English
– Strong writing skills with proper punctuation, grammar, capitalization, etc.
– Strong skills with Google Sheets, Google Drive and Google Docs
– Very comfortable with Facebook and Instagram
– Competitive and resourceful when facing unexpected problems
– Positive high energy and personality
– Strong internet connection (speed test will be required)
– Backup power in case of unexpected power outage
– Can work ASAP & FULL-TIME
