Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to real estate agents and property owners to schedule appointments and build relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. All training and materials will be provided for you.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to real estate agents and property owners to set appointments.
– Follow up on leads and maintain an organized database of prospects.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
– Schedule and confirm appointments for our property management team.
– Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
– Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly appointment setting targets.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Requirements:
– Must be willing to talk on the phone and have excellent English.

– Availability to work during US business hours.
