A dynamic firm specializing in alternative investments, particularly Trust Deeds secured by real estate assets, is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative. This role is pivotal in expanding our investor base by reaching out to potential investors for various advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate calls to potential investors interested in ad campaigns or those who have attended our seminars.
• Read and effectively execute provided scripts while maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor.
• Explain Trust Deeds, alternative investments, and the advantages of becoming a lender on secured assets backed by real estate.
• Utilize CRM software to log detailed notes on potential investors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Schedule appointments for senior representatives to discuss investment opportunities in more detail.
• Stay updated on investment offerings, market trends, and industry developments related to real estate and lending.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets defined by the company.
• Ad hoc tasks from the client.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Strong understanding of Trust Deeds, alternative investments, and the real estate industry.
• Ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
• Knowledge of real estate lending, title, and escrow processes is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Undergo 3 days of paid training. If there’s an urgency for the role, the new hire must render an hour of paid OT before or after the shift for 3 weeks.
• Amenable to work Monday through Friday either 8 AM to 12 NN or 1 PM to 5 PM Central Standard Time.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in sales or finance.
• In-depth knowledge of current market conditions and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
