JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist with a strong background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and outbound sales/email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing the framework for sales, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through proactive outreach and strategic communication. Eventually this person will also be a part of building out the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
– Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media.
– Research and qualify potential leads to ensure they meet the target criteria.
Customer Relationship Management:
– Utilize CRM software to manage and track all customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales activities.
Outbound Sales/Email Campaigns:
– Develop and execute effective outbound sales strategies, including personalized email campaigns and cold calling.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of outbound sales activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
– Create compelling and persuasive email content to engage potential customers and drive conversions.
Sales Process Management:
– Follow a structured sales process to achieve and exceed sales targets.
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
– Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Collaboration and Reporting:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
– Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
– Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Specialist/Sales Representative or similar role, with a focus on CRM and outbound sales/email campaigns.
– Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and email marketing tools.
– Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
Up to $1,000 per month with bonus/commission (based on experience and qualifications).
