Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant specializing in outbound sales. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:
– Conduct outbound sales calls and SMS outreach to potential leads.
– Qualify leads and set appointments for further engagement.
– Handle sales objections effectively and work towards closing deals.
2. CRM and VoIP Management:
– Efficiently utilize CRM systems for tracking client interactions and sales progress.
– Operate VoIP softphones for outbound calling with a high degree of professionalism.
3. Customer Service Excellence:
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
– Maintain a positive attitude and employ effective decision-making skills.
4. Quoting and Sales Reporting:
– Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes to potential clients.
– Generate regular sales reports for analysis and future strategy development.
5. Email Marketing and Follow-Up:
– Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
– Perform diligent follow-up calls and emails to ensure lead engagement and progression.
6. Data Entry and Database Management:
– Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM and other databases.
– Manage and organize client information effectively.
7. Research and Analytics:
– Conduct market and client research to inform sales strategies.
– Utilize analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify improvement areas.
8. Tech Savviness and Time Management:
– Stay adept with the latest sales technology tools and software.
– Manage time effectively to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.
