Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 7:00 am, and 9:00 am to 11:00 am PHT Manila
(Alternatively, any 4-hour straight between 5:00 am to 11:00 am PHT Manila)

About the Client:
The client offers a wide selection of printing products and services to meet the needs of homes, offices, and educational institutions in New Zealand. The main franchise have at least 25 stores across the country and guarantee 100% satisfaction, providing a convenient and quick service. Their franchise in Bay of Plenty and Hamilton, want to grow their customer base for both their own high-quality inkjet and laser toner printer cartridges which are all compatible with major printer brands and they need an enthusiastic and passionate virtual assistant to help them with sales and customer relationship management.
About the Role:
The Outbound Sales Specialist will help the client grow her B2B clients in Tauranga and Hamilton, New Zealand. To increase sales, the role is expected to make at least 8 outbound calls per day, send follow-up emails and provide excellent customer service. The role is also a mixture of outbound calls and social media outreach.
Responsibilities:
Research small to medium-sized businesses in Tauranga, Hamilton, and surrounding areas
Offer free quotes to potential business customers for toner and ink supplies for their office printers
Manage customer relationships by utilizing a CRM
Add new clients to the MailChimp database
Prepare quotes for new clients and follow up with a call to ensure they have received the quote and if they want to place an order
Send and dispatch orders from the factory
Create engaging (utilizing AI tools) and visually appealing posts for our MailChimp emails, Facebook, Google business profile and LinkedIn
Schedule social media posts to be published at appropriate times
Engage with followers by responding to comments, thanking them for sharing content, and building a stronger relationship with the audience
Provide daily reports on businesses contacted and feedback on their level of interest in our services
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
A confident and passionate individual with a strong background in sales is preferred
Excellent customer service skills are also essential
Must have the ability to identify and target specific markets.
Must have effective communication skills leading to the acquisition of new leads for the business
Strong English speaking and writing skills are required
General knowledge of printer connectivity to devices and basic troubleshooting is preferred
Knowledge of how to identify the toners, ink, or printer supplies required for clients’ printers is also preferred
The ability to use an AI tool for efficiency is also preferred
Must be able to follow instructions effectively
