ob Description: As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for calling Facebook leads to set appointments for our weight loss clinic client. You will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments for them to meet with our doctors and other providers. This is a work-from-home position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Call potential clients who have shown interest through Facebook leads.
• Engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Understand clients’ needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our weight loss programs.
• Schedule appointments for clients to visit our clinic.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
• Available to work during EST hours (New York time)

Requirements:
• Fluent in American English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus but not required.
