Position: Outbound Sales Specialist
We are on the lookout for a motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled Outbound Sales Specialist. In this role, you will connect with our esteemed customers to enlighten them about our cutting-edge promotions and close deals effectively.
Responsibilities:
Conduct 100-125 outbound calls daily to promote our services, share promotions, and close deals.
Capitalize on previously quoted work to generate revenue.
Drive memberships and service sales through informed and engaging conversations.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, earning lucrative commissions in addition to a competitive base salary.
Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary (~$1,500 / month)
Uncapped Commissions: $20 per booked job; $10 per membership sold
Significant Earning Potential: Commissions can substantially surpass the base salary!
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
C2 Level English Fluency
High-Speed Internet (Speed test required)
Proficient in CRM Systems
Expertise in Outbound Sales
