Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Cold Calling:

Execute outbound calls to potential clients, utilizing a refined script.
Professionally present and elucidate the advantages of our offerings.
Accurately assess prospect requirements, challenges, and existing solutions.

Lead Generation Excellence:

Identify and cultivate potential leads through diverse, strategic sources.
Manage and regularly update a database of prospective clients.
Collaboratively strategize with the marketing department to enhance cold-calling initiatives in line with current campaigns.

Lead Qualification:

Assess lead suitability using established criteria.
Thoroughly understand prospects’ business needs and decision-making processes.

Efficient Appointment Setting:

Arrange meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
Persistently follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide pertinent information.

Impeccable Record Management:

Maintain precise, current records of all interactions within the CRM system.
Generate and present detailed reports on call outcomes, lead generation, and appointment-setting performance.

Advanced Communication Skills:

Effectively articulate service features and benefits to potential clients.
Ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales team.

Desired Experience and Skills:

Prior experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Adept at managing objections and rejections with a positive approach.
Proficiency in Go High-Level CRM software and lead management systems.
Self-motivated with a strong achievement orientation.
