Job Description

We are DMK– a lead generation agency based out of Austin, Texas.

Are you a dynamic, goal-driven individual with a talent for building connections? Do you have excellent English communication skills with a minimal accent, sounding almost American? If you answered “yes,” we want you on our team! We are looking for someone who is hungry to hunt for and close deals!

**What You’ll Do:**
– Make outbound calls to home service contractors, presenting our top-notch lead generation services.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
– Convert leads into clients through effective communication and improvisation.
– Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
– Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and optimize processes.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.

**Who You Are:**
– You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales with a proven track record.
– Your English is excellent, with the ability to sound almost American.
– You possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals.
– You are self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about exceeding sales goals.
– Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools is a plus. We use GoHighLevel.
– You can work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
– Available to work 40 hours per week, 9am – 5pm Central Standard Time. We are based in Austin, Texas.
