Hi, we are a web design agency looking to scale up our sales and increase our outreach efforts, while also outsourcing some of our daily tasks. We are seeking a motivated and personable individual with a strong sales background to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct cold calls and direct message small businesses to offer our web design services.
-Write and send personable emails to small businesses.
-Effectively communicate over the phone and through text with exceptional English skills.
-Utilize pre-designed templates to create website demos following provided video tutorials and guidance.
-Stay organized, follow instructions, and be a self-starter.
Requirements:
-Sales background, especially in cold calling and direct messaging small businesses.
-Extremely personable with amazing English communication skills.
-Preferred: American accent.
-Tech-savvy with the ability to learn simple web design platforms.
-Previous web design experience and ability to design website demos using provided templates.
-Organized, efficient, and motivated.
Compensation:
Salary: $500 to $600 USD per month.
Additional Commission: 5%-7% of the setup fee for each website sold.
Our Average Website Set-up fee is $697
5% of 697 =$34.85 additional pay per website we sell where you were involved in the sales process
Roles and Responsibility of the Sales Representative:
-Comfortable working Go High Level
-Comfortable using Ring Central
-Excellent English skills with “American” Accent
-Message 20+ leads per day on Facebook (Using method from loom video)
-Able to do 100-200 Cold Calls per day
-Ability to create of list of qualified prospects to call using methods given
-Schedule sales calls for us to complete the sale with the prospects
-Facebook Scraping
-Finding Business without websites on Google
-Other lead finding methods
-Ability to follow-up with clients
-Able to create website demos using a very easy builder (tutorials will be provided
-Ability to do all administrative tasks
