Outbound SDR / Appointment Setter

FULL-TIME Outbound SDRs/Setters NEEDED

Blue Diamond Media is growing and expanding our team & our clients teams of A-Players to drive company growth and impact. We work with hight ticket coaches, consultants and service providers to help them book more high quality sales meetings, acquire new clients and scale their business. Location: Remote

Compensation: You will start off on a base pay + commission (We want people driven to hit goals!)

Hours of Work: Mon-Fri | 8 hours per day minimum (Opportunities for extra hours + weekends available)

Bonuses: if your work ethic is great and you implement and do everything we tell you to do daily, and hit monthly targets – the bonuses will be fruitful.

E.g. book 50 appointments in 1 month, 5 people close, you get commissions + up to “x” in bonuses.

Commission: depending on the exact offer, you will be getting commission on cash collected of our premium services valued on average of $3,000

E.g. 3k offer at 3% = $90 commission (You can do multiple per week in addition to base pay)

And if you’re good at booking appointments then you could get a bonus + all monthly recurring commissions per client. Therefore there is no ceiling to how much you can make as opposed to only standard base pay or salary where you are stuck at the same level.

Requirements: We are only looking for people that like this model, will do whatever it takes. – Not try to leave after 1 week, not do the work, not show-up, not communicate, not only in this for money.

?has previous experience in the outbound sales process or booking appointments
? is excellent with details and follow-thru to completion of projects
? is passionate about helping others reach new levels or goals
? has a strong ability to listen and understand what is needed
? is eager to learn and wants to make a difference (mission driven)
? has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
? Has knowledge in the digital marketing space
? Has a strong mindset and understand it takes patience to build a very profitable skill

This position will focus on engaging new potential clients on various social media platforms to gain ‘like and trust’, and schedule a call with one of our sales team advisors.

You will spend about 90% of your time in communication via text conversations with potential clients – so it’s important that you enjoy connecting with people.
