We are looking for an experienced Outbound Caller Support Agent who would, on a daily basis, proactively interact with customers to identify their needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner. This can include handling any customer issues, questions, account concerns, and delinquency management. This job sometimes requires follow-up calls or emails. All interactions must be documented in our internal database.
The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional English communication skills with high attention to detail in writing and editing. They must have a clear and upbeat English-speaking voice. They must be able to multitask, pay attention to the smallest details and work under minimal supervision.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in customer support
At least 1 year in outbound calling in either sales or support
Have a cheerful disposition and clear tone of voice
Tech-savvy. You learn computer applications rapidly and can point to a variety that you’re comfortable using and picked up quickly.
Independent and self-motivated. Being remote, you will need to hold yourself accountable for tasks and ongoing responsibilities with little supervision.
Learn quickly. You’ll demonstrate the ability to quickly absorb and make use of new information.
Problem-solving and critical thinking. You have independently solved difficult technical problems and provided solutions or workarounds.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially written. You must have exemplary written and spoken English language skills, and you are a fast typer.
Reliable high-speed internet. You will acquire a high-speed internet connection that will support you using multiple tabs and programs at one time, including video.
Proactive. You have a habit of seeking out ways to make our support systems and products better, and you champion getting ideas implemented.
Trust & integrity. You do what is right, don’t cut unethical corners, and are open about your work.
Empathy and patience. You’ll respond to customers with compassion and understanding of their requests.
Resilient and adaptable. You can take critical feedback and handle difficult customer situations well. You are able to adapt and turn a negative situation into a positive one.
Communication. You can communicate and work well with the internal organization (team) and external (customers).
Work Hours are USA / Pacific Standard Time
Monday – Friday / 8:00AM -5:00PM PST (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT)
Other Requirements:
Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection.
Latest-model computer (preferably Core i5 or higher, and at least 8GB ram)
Available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays
Quiet workspace
Good quality, noise-canceling headset
Double monitors preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and customer service to our customers.
Call a minimum of 75-100 outbound calls daily to customers who have signed up for our service to help with their application and make sure all their questions are answered.
Call customers for other projects as assigned
Log all conversations in Freshdesk and internal database
Work with internal support team for any escalations
Help fill out survey questions from callers on master reports
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and creators, and engage with them in a timely and appropriate manner.

Salary and Benefits
PHP170 – 190 per hour
