Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Outreach Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for scraping leads from various online sources, such as PropStream, to build relationships with property owners interested in selling their properties and potential investors seeking to invest with Trinity Investment Group. This is a part-time, remote position with a focus on long-term growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities:
Scrape leads from various online sources to identify potential property owners and investors
Build and maintain relationships with property owners and investors
Promote Trinity Investment Group’s mission and investment opportunities
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and streamline outreach processes
Requirements:
Previous outreach experience preferred
Positive attitude and open-mindedness
Desire for personal and professional growth
Excellent written English and overall communication skills
Organized, thorough, and action-oriented work ethic
High aptitude and ability to learn quickly

Employment Details:
Part-time, 20 hours per week
Remote position, with a focus on Central Time United States working hours
No travel required
Compensation:
Starting salary of PHP 16,500 per month (approximately $300 USD)
Additional bonuses for every property closed
