Outreach Manager/ DM Manager

Attention Talents! We are seeking a competent Outreach Manager to join our company. Answering messages and inquiries sent via direct messaging or chat through different social media platforms and CRM.
We are looking for a full-time Outreach Manager who can quickly respond back to direct messages and chats sent to our social media platforms and our CRM platform with the possibility of converting them to clients or routing them to the right department for support. This is a long-term employment opportunity with room for growth and advancement within the company.

Time spent on organization should be a 90/10 ratio for production/organization.

Founder of Hoopcamp Bootcamp, Jody Poole:
My name is Jody Poole and I am the founder of Hoopcamp Bootcamp Academy, an online coaching, mental and skills training academy. Our students are seeking development in their basketball game and career. Development of mindset and skills will be the primary focus. I have played the game at every level except the professional level and have been through the whole journey. Throughout my journey I have gained the knowledge on what it takes to excel in the game and now it’s my turn to give back to any athlete traveling down the same road I once was.

I’m active on SocialMedia (Check out my IG and TikTok @Jodywiththejumper also Facebook at Jody Poole) and “hard work” is a cornerstone of our operation. The culture is ambitious, hardworking, motivated and positive minded athletes that want to get to the next level. I was a former collegiate athlete and I want to see all my students play on tv one day along with gaining a free education from hard work on the court.

Our Purpose:
PURPOSE: To develop mental awareness in our students/athletes
PURPOSE: To shift the mindset of our students/athletes
PURPOSE: To make a significant difference in the students/athletes not reaching their potential and those often left behind.
PURPOSE: To receive a college scholarship to receive a free education from the mental and physical skills they have acquired

Responsibilities:
Exceed 100 dm’s per day
Quickly respond back to direct messages sent through different Social Media Platforms and CRM
Actively communicating to prospects in different social media platform via direct messaging
Manage pipeline of prospects using company CRM.
Strong knowledge of all administrative functions as well as mastery of our proprietary Skills Training platform.
Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
Become an ambassador of Jody Poole’s Hoopcamp Bootcamp Academy principles on an ongoing basis.
MUST BE ACTIVE AT ALL TIMES DURING PRODUCTION AND ABLE TO RESPOND BACK TO MESSAGES RIGHT AWAY

Requirements:
Over a year of experience responding to messages and comments through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Social Media platforms/Social Selling preferred
Strong business and business communication acumen
Self-starter who needs little management
Excellent project management and a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with Business owners and C-Level executives
Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality and the ability to work in a high pressure environment
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and effectively communicate high level basketball terms and concepts to prospects.
Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals

The position is Full Time (local in our San Diego Office or virtual) between the hours of 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday.
