Sales form the essential foundation of a flourishing company, serving as its backbone. In this pivotal role, you will be leading a team or highly motivated sales associates to explore, prospect, and discover innovative ways to acquire new accounts. You yourself must be a proficient in outbound/inbound sales with exceptional communication skills, minimum of 5+ years of sales experience and 2+ years of management under your belt. High speaking and written English proficiency and organizational skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
? Managing team: Manage a team to achieve personal and team sales goals. Train, motivate, educate, and empower your team to achieve monthly sales goals while continually improve all processes under your management.
? Forecasting: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.
? Planning: Create a detailed plan on how to achieve your results and follow the plan from start to finish, with modifications/improves along the way.
? Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against sales targets.
? Process Optimization: Lead your team (And yourself) to follow the existing process, but improve the inefficiencies/scripts/processes that currently don’t see the desired results.
? Customer Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional and accurate responses to ALL prospective customers and follow the approved sales funnel implemented.
? Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Also, utilize internal data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
? Prospecting: You’ll need to do outreach as well to fully understand new ways to improve the outreach and sales process.
? Strategies & experiments: Constantly develop new win-win sales strategies to book more sales meetings.
? Constantly learning: Continuously learn and stay updated on effective sales strategies. Improve your communication and sales skills consistently.
? Reporting: Create and present weekly reports on your teams progress and performance metrics.
? Collaborate with a team: Work with designers, marketers, writers, developers, and others on our HQ and Global team to execute sales assignments, campaigns, and tasks.
? Growing: Aim to improve by 1% every month. Every month there should be measurable improvements. Always seek out new ways to do things, new ideas to test, and new strategies to implement. Never stay idle for more than 1 month.
Key Performance Indicators
1. Meetings Booked: Total meetings book from outreach efforts delivered each month.
2. Positive Response %: Positive results related to outreach on both Email and LinkedIn.
