PURPOSE:
The purpose of this role is to provide guidelines and best practices for External Marketing Specialists at Consumer Ammunition Tactics LLC to execute marketing campaigns, help drive lead generation, and promote the company’s services and help grow the CEO’s personal brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of the External Marketing Specialist is to reach out externally to different channels to bring more awareness and growth to the brand and increase the CEO’s personal brand. This will include reaching out to different organizations to organize speaking engagements for the CEO, as well as podcast interviews, prospects for our services and obtaining new podcast guests for the CAT Podcast.
This is done to maintain the relevance of both Consumer Ammunition Tactics and grow the CEO, Michael Benjamin’s personal brand. This consistent flow of outreaching will also help drive lead generation to grow the customer list for the Sales Team to close more deals and bring in more revenue. This role includes but is not limited to the following:
Team Communication
-External Marketing Specialists must attend Daily Standup and participate accordingly as led by Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
-External Marketing Specialists must communicate and work with Internal Marketing Specialist to perform customer service in the conversations section in the CRM (Connectally) and approve new requests in the Facebook group in a timely manner
-External Marketing Specialists must report their End of Service (EOS) describing the work they performed for the day to the COO.
Outreach Efforts
-External Marketing Specialists must create an organized folder/document outlining the different outreach efforts they’ve made and track the data for follow ups
-External Marketing Specialists must use email for communication and resolving emailed questions from customers
-Conduct extensive and creative research and outreach to 200 people each day. Outreach can be done via email or phone call/text via the Connectally CRM
-25 schools that are from kindergarten to high school (K-12) in any of the 50 states requesting for any collaborative or virtual speaking opportunities (if located in Los Angeles, CA area, can be in person)
-25 colleges/universities in any of the 50 states requesting for any collaborative or virtual speaking opportunities (if located in Los Angeles, CA area, can be in person)
-25 businesses or financial groups in any of the 50 states requesting for any collaborative or virtual speaking opportunities (if located in Los Angeles, CA area, can be in person)
-25 IG profiles of potential podcast guests for CEO to interview on CAT Podcast (primarily credit repair related, can be other financial related fields too, e.g. Airbnb, Trucking, other entrepreneurial related fields)
-25 potential podcasts for CEO to be a guest speaker on and speak about credit repair and consumer law and bring more awareness to the brand
-25 prospects that already have good credit and are interested in acquiring Funding Services
-25 prospects that are interested in credit repair services
-25 credit repair business owners that are struggling with their business and will be interested in mentorship
-Primary purpose of these reach outs is to bring more awareness to the brand and CEO even if not booked for a collaboration and produce more booked leads on calendar
-Monitor outreach efforts progress and share any insights and recommendations on findings and report to COO
-Use data to make data driven decisions
-Outreach A/B Testing: Experiment with different reach out formats to test best method of conversion
-Identify any additional partnerships and collaborators in the financial industry to expand business’s reach
Preferred candidate will have a high I score in DISC assessment
