The Ad Firm is a Digital Marketing Agency based in Southern California that caters to clients across the country. We are currently in search of an Outreach Specialist with expertise in Link Building to join our expanding team. To be eligible for this role, you must currently work at a marketing agency and possess a minimum of two years of experience as a manager, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
The Ad Firm is offering a remote position with workdays from 8 am to 5 pm PST, with the potential to switch to 4 am to 12 pm PST after the initial probationary period. Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute an effective link building strategy to improve our clients’ search engine rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority.
– Identify link-building opportunities through competitive research, industry analysis, and content evaluation.
– Build and nurture relationships with bloggers, influencers, editors, publishers, webmasters, and company vendors to secure high-quality backlinks.
– Collaborate closely with the content team to create link-worthy and shareable content that attracts natural inbound links.
– Monitor and evaluate link metrics, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
– Analyze and report on the effectiveness of link building campaigns, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
– Manage outreach campaigns, including email outreach, guest posting, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
– Stay informed about the latest trends in link building, SEO, and digital marketing, and implement innovative techniques.
– Conduct backlink analysis and audit on client websites
– Prepare monthly link building reports for clients
– Collaborate with the SEO team on projects and additional client needs
Qualifications Needed:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– 2-4 years experience in link building and outreach management in an agency setting
– Proven experience in link building, SEO, or digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and improved search rankings.
– Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
– Analytical mindset, proficient in using SEO tools and platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of link-building efforts.
– Creative thinker who can identify unique link opportunities and develop innovative strategies.
– Leadership experience, including managing a team, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
– Proficiency in project management, time management, and multitasking to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives.
