Outreach Specialist for Social Media Marketing

We are a dynamic social media marketing agency dedicated to scaling info products and ecommerce stores by amplifying their online presence.

We are looking for a VA helping to outreach through social media and emails. We have everything set up already with scripts, video’s emails, accounts and anything else needed in order to begin working.

In short terms:
– You should be able to reach out and book meetings into my calendar!

Your responsibilities:
– Outreaching and communicating with potential clients.
– Daily reporting of findings to optimize our flow.
– Coordination and collaboration through tools such as Trello, Google Sheets, Instagram, LinkedIn and Instantly.

Your qualifications:
– Proven experience in outreaching.
– Ability to explain previous methodologies used in outreaching.
– Familiarity with tools like Trello and Instantly.
– Experience with outreaching.
– Dedication to work min. 5 hours each weekday (weekends off).
– Fluent in English writing.

Preferred Skills:
– Strong communication skills (Daily communication in Slack).
– Self-motivated and a team player.
– Ability to adapt to new tools and platforms as our agency evolves.

Performance Metrics:
– While the ultimate metric is the number of clients our agency secures, the foundation of this success starts with your outreaching skills. However, rest assured that converting leads to clients is handled by our partner in Sedia; your primary focus is on the first contact and booking in the meeting.

Communication Expectations:
– Daily updates are essential. This ensures we stay aligned, optimize our strategies, and make the most of every opportunity.

Salary:
– As a starting point this will be around 1.000 to 2.500 USD on a monthly basis, but depending on the amount of hours and succesrate we get.

Desired weekly hours:
– We expect you to spend minimum 5 hours on a daily basis but you will have all weekends off (to begin with)
