Outreach User Content Creator Specialist – EU – Germany

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Outreach User Content Creator Specialist to join our team. The role is primarily focused on reaching out to video creators and actors for UGC (User Generated Content) and generating creative material for our marketing campaigns, specifically targeting our German audience. The creators must be native German speaking.

About us – We offer telemedicine and telepharmacy services, providing our customers a safe, discreet way to receive treatments and medications, as well as nutritional supplements.

Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with potential video creators and actors, negotiating contracts, providing briefs, and relaying feedback.
2. Develop engaging, user-focused video content tailored for our digital platforms, with a special emphasis on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram ads.
3. Cooperate closely with our media buyers to ensure they have the necessary creative materials to scale our ads effectively.
4. Foster relationships with influencers in our industry for future collaborations.
5. Monitor and engage with user-generated content across various social media platforms, within German working hours.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in outreach to UGC and influencer is a must.
2. Proven experience with content creation, social media management, or related roles.
3. Knowledge of the German language would be an advantage but not mandatory.
4. Understanding of the target audience and industry trends within Germany.
5. Demonstrated ability to reach out and build relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work during German local hours.
A portfolio of relevant work, especially in video content creation, is strongly preferred.
