Outsourcing Specialist

We’re looking for a full-time Placement Services Advisor / Outsourcing Specialist who will manage all graduates who are looking to find employment. This individual will help the Director of Division 6 to outsource graduates to the proper businesses who are partnered with Limelight Media for staffing. In order to be successful in this role, the associate must have great communication skills, professionalism, administrative skills and technology skills.

Our Purpose:

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain rapport with every possible graduate who passes our academy
Strategically meets with students and gathers information with the intention of placing them in specific sites.
Schedules and arranges interviews for graduate students with hiring company clients.
Advises and assists graduate students with how to conduct job search campaigns and how to successfully interview with companies for positions in the fields which the program teaches.
Maintains and documents all necessary student files to assure up-to-date and accurate student Placement Services record keeping.
Assists supervisor in the completion of annual statistics of Placement Services and completion reports.
Pushes graduates through placement services virtual trainings.
Manages CRM system to maintain accurate records for all graduates.
Reports Daily activity to the Placement Services department.
Maintains the Completion and Placement Services spreadsheet and submits it weekly to the Placement Services.
Conducts a day to day evaluations on all graduates from related training programs.
Reports to supervisor any comments made by the company or changes recommended to the training program
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:
Placement Services / outsourcing experience for at least 1 year is highly desirable
Experience in HR recruitment is a plus
Strong business and business communication acumen
Experience working with clients specifically, account management.
Goal oriented individual with a passion for helping others
Self-starter who needs little management
Excellent project management skills
A great attitude every day.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with Business owners and C-Level executives
Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment
Ability to inspire students to the highest level of achievement for meeting employer expectations
Motivation, enthusiasm, and a sensitivity to students needs and interests
Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals

The position is Full Time (remote) between the hours of 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday.
