You’ll be working directly with the owners of this UK based, family owned business. The two Directors have built the company from the ground up, and are now building the team to grow for the next phase.
This is a real opportunity to join a company with a long term vision, and become a key member of that team.
The company specialises in providing education support services to schools across England and Wales. Your tasks will be directly supporting them in the growth of the business, involving both work for clients and providing admin support for our staff.
You’ll be confident in communicating over email, and occasionally, google meet – but also using apps such as GoHighLevel CRM, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive and Canva.
You will need to have an excellent standard of written English.
For each task, you’ll receive a SOP – a Standard Operating Procedure, for how to complete it, and as you gain experience, you will be supporting the directors in writing these.
We’re an industry leading company and the quality of your work must reflect this. You’ll be highly organised, pay meticulous attention to detail and be able to deliver to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Complete administration tasks as given by the company directors.
• Build Google Forms
• Prepared documents (based on templates) Google Suite and Canva.
• Sending and consolidating enquiries to suppliers.
• Maintain strict deadlines.
• Update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.).
• Complete research on potential leads
Personal Characteristics Required:
• Driven. Going places.
• Highly organized
• High attention to detail
• Very creative
• At least one year’s proper work experience as a VA
• Ability to plan effectively and meet deadlines
• Effective problem solver, motivated to achieve high quality results.

You’ll be based remotely so you can work from your home but you’ll need a strong and stable internet connection.
The position is full-time (40 Hrs per week), but you can choose your own hours for greater flexibility (we understand there’s a large time difference). However, you will need to be ‘online’ and available between 9am – 11am GMT – this will usually include a short ‘morning meeting’ over Google Meet.
