Overnight Guest Services Operator

We are seeking an Overnight Operator to add to Minty Living’s Guest Services remote team!

We are a fast-growing 5* vacation rental management company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Operator to join our team full time. At Minty Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay with us!

We are looking for someone who is passionate and proactive about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong background in vacation rental management. The ideal candidate should have experience with the following:

Preferred Skills:
– Property Management System (Guesty preferred)
– Communication Platforms (Slack, GoHighLevel preferred)
– Operational Systems (Breezeway, ClickUp, Autohost, Stripe preferred)
– OTA Management (Airbnb, VRBO, Click to view, etc)

Tentative Schedule:
Wednesday – Saturday
19:00hrs – 05:00hrs (Eastern Time)

As an Overnight Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining communication with guests throughout the night and ensure that all guests have a seamless experience, even outside of office hours. You will work closely with the property management team by preparing a follow up off all inquiries and communications that came in throughout the night as well as scheduling and tracking maintenance requests and tasks based off guest requests / feedback.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and a strong handle of the English language to effectively communicate with guests. You are courageous and daring, willing to pick up the phone and lean into any situation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a MUST, as is a PASSION for providing exceptional customer 5* service. We work with A LOT of film and production clientele here for major motion feature films + high end shorter term stays.

* Base pay begins at $6/hr
* 13 month pay offered as end-of-year bonus!
