Job Description

Job Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a talented Short Term Rental Virtual Team Member to help run our 60+ properties smoothly. Work from home as you handle administrative tasks and provide top-notch customer service. Collaborate with property hosts, guests, and maintenance teams to ensure everyone has a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and bookings
– Manage pricing and availability to boost occupancy and revenue
– Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams for well-maintained properties
– Conduct virtual check-ins for hassle-free guest stays
– Resolve guest complaints efficiently
– Navigate Airbnb Claims and Resolution Center for AirCover payouts
– Handle tasks like creating/removing entry codes, monitoring temperatures, and managing bookings
– Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and organization
– Provide regular reports to property owners on occupancy, revenue, and feedback
– Create leases, invoices, and other property management documents
– Craft compelling property listings on Airbnb and optimize for SEO
– Master our Property Management Software and implement new tools for improvement

Requirements:

– Minimum 2 years of experience with Airbnb in roles like Case Manager, Supervisor, or Resolution Center Agent
– Minimum 2 years of experience with Short Term Rental Property Management
– Experience with OwnerRez highly preferred
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Proficiency in various software
– Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
– Strong work ethic and positive attitude
– Strong English and writing skills
– Full-time availability in EST Time Zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in property management or real estate
– Familiarity with vacation rental software and tools (PriceLabs, RankBreeze, Breezeway, Google Drive, Discord, etc.)
– Fluency in multiple languages
