We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PA/Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of scalable experience in managing social media platforms, along with strong skills in executive assistance, travel and retreat coordination, email marketing, content creation and distribution, product research, response and analytics, web maintenance, and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
– Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence and drive engagement.
– Create, curate, and distribute high-quality content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
– Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with our audience to build a strong community.
– Analyze social media metrics to measure success and optimize strategies for better performance.

Executive Assistance:
– Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
– Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for business trips and company retreats.
– Assist in planning and executing company events and retreats, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.

Email Marketing:
– Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and engage with our audience.
– Utilize A/B testing and analytics to optimize email performance and improve open and click-through rates.
– Integrate email marketing efforts with social media campaigns for cohesive marketing strategies.

Product Research and Analytics:
– Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for our products and services.
– Provide detailed analytics and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
– Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Web Maintenance:
– Manage website content updates and maintenance to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
– Collaborate with web developers to implement new features and enhancements.
– Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

Graphic Design:
– Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
– Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to produce professional-quality designs.
– Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of success.
– Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
– Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
– Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Aweber).
– Knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
– Creative mindset with a keen eye for design.
– Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
– Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
