We need you to handle extracting specific information from large file PDFs and in turn enter that relevant info into our Content Management System – essentially, data extraction and data input with meticulous attention to detail. We want you to play a huge role in things moving forward.

JOB OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities:
– Identifying and extracting individual legal and medical reports from large PDFs
– Naming and labeling files correctly using appropriate codes and formats
– Adding those individual letters and medical reports into our CMS and naming them consistently, according to firm procedures
– Prioritizing urgent tasks and being able to triage work according to what should be due first
– Reviewing documents of direct reports for errors
We’re looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail when extracting pages from PDF documents and naming documents, down to the spaces and periods.
Here are some specific examples of the tasks you’ll be handling:
– Going through a 300 page PDF to separate out individual medical reports by date. Example: extracting Dr. Smith’s 01/03/2023 report from pages 13-21 as one document, and extracting Dr. Smith’s 03/17/2022 report from pages 111-121 as a separate document.
– Adding each report into our Case Management System, making sure to name and label them properly. For example: “. John Smith.01-03-2023” and “. John Smith.03-17-2022”
– Given the following information: MRI of the Right Shoulder, Date of Service: 07-23-2023, Doctor: John Smith, MD, Date the doctor signed: 07-25-2023; follow standard naming convention to name the document “ Smith, MD – MRI of the Right Shoulder”
– Listing out all medical reports on an Index/Schedule of Records, and then combining all of those listed on the Index/Schedule of Records into one combined PDF.

PAY
Based on ability and experience, ranging from around 35,000-40,000 PHP per month, for this full-time role (depending on a combination of skills, ability and experience). If you believe you have more to offer, tell us what you’d like and why you’re able to deliver more value.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Honest
– Reliable
– Fluent in English (written and spoken), near native speaker
– Type 50 WPM
– Own computer capable of handling data entry apps such as adobe reader and excel
– Strong/reliable internet connection
– Good character – *have to be willing to conduct a background check. This role involves work in the legal field, so you will be dealing with sensitive client and medical provider files.
Preferred:
– Microsoft Office and/or Adobe PDF experience
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
*REQUIRED:
– Internet: Fast, stable connection.
– Computer with sufficient specs to be able to handle Adobe and Microsoft suites (excel, word)
– Background check (no previous criminal background)
Work Environment: Be able to jump on a video call with coworkers during business hours. Need to be able to respond to work-related chat/email communications in a timely manner.
WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week): Preferred working hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM US PST time, though we are flexible in allowing you to work according to your hours as long as you get the necessary tasks done and are able to respond to work-related communications. NOTE that you will sometimes be asked to work US PST hours, specifically during training sessions, and/or when having to communicate/coordinate with other team members/clients.
