Job Description

THE COMPANY

We run TheKiddoSpace, an ecommerce brand that sells products for kids (right now just stamps for parents for labeling their kid’s clothes, however we are expanding the product line as of now) in more than 15 countries. We launched the brand last year and were able to scale from zero to $5m in sales in less than 8 months. We currently employee 25 people of which 15 full time.

OUR VALUES

– Transparency – We believe that we cannot have a working environment that actually works smoothyl if there is no transparency. Obscuring or hiding anything, e.g. that someone has made a mistake is not tolerable.
– Responsibility – We believe that everyone is responsible for their own actions. Everyone makes mistakes, the important thing is to take responsibility for your mistakes by understanding how not to make them the next time, without trying to shift the blame to someone else or trying to defend yourself.
– Punctuality – Refers to both arriving on time to meetings and meeting deadlines. We are strong advocates of meeting other team members’ schedules, so we expect everyone to be on time.
– Think Big – We never settle. We challenge our ideas of what’s possible in order to better meet the needs of our customers.
– Work hard – Everyone works at least 6 days a week in our company, productively and with a hunger to improve. As a result, they are adequately recompensated for hard work.

THE JOB

As of now, our main product is the stamp for clothes, however we are currently expanding our product line and will be needing a part-time product / packaging designer to help us create the packaging design for our new products, as well as the user manual if needed. Right now we are not looking to create products from scratch, so past experience in designing products from scratch is not needed.

The job will be part-time at the beginning (will require anywhere between 10-30 hours per week) and we expect it to become full-time in around 3/6 months.

Further details will be provided once we get in touch.

COMPENSATION

As long as the job is part-time the compensation will be 12€ / hour. Once it becomes full-time the compensation will be anything between 1.500€ to 2.500€ per month, depending on the experience and skills.
