The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for defining client search and performance marketing strategies, evaluating client programmes’ effectiveness, and recommending appropriate improvements or additional services. The right candidate brings innovative thinking to develop and deploy digital media campaigns for their growing list of clients. A candidate must have the strategic vision to identify, execute, and analyse a variety of online media campaigns across various platforms and devices.

-You must be able to speak about the success of your past campaigns and ideally have a strong track record.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop paid-campaign advertising strategies across various digital channels to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of brand messaging and that they align with business goals.
-Create paid digital advertising plans, effectively manage client budgets, monitor campaign performance, and provide recommendations for campaign optimisation.
-Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
-Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI.
-Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
-Provide ongoing high-level reports that reflect advertising budget spent and ad/campaign performance, propose new strategies, and identify opportunities for new campaigns that contribute to exceeding business goals and objectives.
-Lead, support, and contribute to digital ad creative and copy development with the creative team.
Identify and resolve common campaign issues using data and performance analytics.
-Design social ad graphics as needed (Canva and/or Adobe AI experience is a plus).

-Experience implementing and optimising Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads.
-In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-2 years minimum operational experience across paid search and paid social campaigns (Essential)
-Digital agency experience is essential (Must be able to manage multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines across Paid social and Search ads on a daily basis)
Qualifications
-A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, marketing, information science, or a related degree is preferred.
-At least 2 years of agency or in-house paid media experience is strongly preferred.
