Paid Ad Specialist

Treatspace is seeking a part-time Paid Ads Specialist for about 20-30 hours a month with the opportunity to expand. As our Paid Ad Specialist, you’ll be at the helm of our advertising strategies, driving awareness, acquisition, engagement, and conversions through paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Google search ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and are ready to lead our clients’ brands into new digital territories.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize paid search and social ad campaigns
Ensure seamless transition and execution of pre-launch, launch, and post-launch ad campaigns
Implement, monitor, and optimize retargeting ad campaigns to recapture interested users and increase conversions
Oversee all aspects of campaign configuration from conception to launch, including conversion tracking setup on Google search ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Craft comprehensive paid marketing strategies that align with clients’ goals and objectives
Optimize campaigns to attract targeted users
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize results and ROI
Collaborate with the digital client solutions and design team to develop and review compelling social ads, ad graphics, and other promotional materials
Produce detailed marketing reports that provide a clear view of performance metrics
Regularly review and make data-driven recommendations to improve paid search performance
Measure and produce detailed reports on campaign performance, including cost per acquisition and ROI
Conduct research into campaign data, identifying trends, insights, and areas of improvement
Monitor spend regularly and adjust as needed to ensure effective use of budget
Cross-department Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and relevance
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize on a wide range of materials, including graphics, social ads, and other promotional materials
Troubleshoot campaign issues in real time
Creatively address client-specific needs, ensuring their objectives are met or exceeded

Required Education + Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent in related field
At least 5 years of experience in digital media, paid advertising for healthcare or related field
Proficient in english
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts both verbally and in writing to your team

Qualifications:
A track record of successful paid ad campaigns
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful paid marketing strategies
In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and content distribution and placement networks
Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing customer requirements and company priorities
Proficiency in using project management tools and other relevant software applications
A solid understanding of healthcare industry, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations and drive customer success
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate efforts with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product
