Paid Ad Specialist

Hi,

I am a marketing agency that is looking for a paid ad specialist, to work with clients to increase traffic and sales through targeted ads. You will be involved throughout the process – help to bring clients onboard, setting up their ad accounts, running their ads and analysing the results.

In addition, I specialise in short form content creation. However, I would like to learn more about meta and google ads, so I would want you as an expert to also educate me more on running ads. This isn’t with the idea to take over your role, it is so I have a greater understanding when pitching to clients.

Responsibilities:
Be available to come on sales calls with me to help bring clients onboard (you will be payed extra per client we get onboard)
Help teach and explain different ad strategies to me, answering any questions I have on the process
Develop and implement online advertising strategies to meet client objectives.
Create and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads
Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy and landing pages for maximum performance.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies and budgets to meet KPIs.
Analyse data and provide insights and recommendations for further campaign optimisation.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience running paid ads for companies (I need proof of this)
Strong English written and verbal communication skills – able to speak clearly to clients about your experience
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and data analysis
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role will be payed on a per client basis with a hourly fee initially during the process of bringing on clients and teaching me paid ads. The role will start as maybe 5-10 hours per week, however, the goal is to scale the business so you are handling multiple clients and working full time, with high earning potential.
