**Job Description:**
We are seeking an extremely talented Paid Ad Specialist / Media Buyer Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing substantial ad budgets.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Manage In-House & Client Ad Campaigns:** Oversee all aspects of our internal ad campaigns from planning to execution to ensure optimal performance and alignment with our marketing goals.
– **Creative Direction:** Provide creative direction for ad creatives and oversee the design team to ensure that all content is compelling, brand-consistent, and optimized for conversion.
– **KPI Management:** Monitor and manage weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
– **Ad Copywriting:** Craft high-converting ad copy that effectively communicates our value proposition and engages the target audience.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a Paid Ad Specialist / Media Buyer, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
– Experience managing monthly ad spends in the range of $10,000 to $30,000+.
– Strong understanding of ad platforms and analytics.
– Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
