Paid Ads + Funnel Specialist

OVERVIEW

I’m searching for a hardworking and passionate individual to help me run ads and generate sales for a couple of different projects/offers I have.

One offer is a self-study course for around $300 USD. The other is currently a 1:1 coaching program but will later be turned into a self-study course for around $600 USD. Would also like to run ad tests to an online English language school with 10-30$/month subscription fees.

This can be best described as a full-funnel lead generation specialist role with your best expertise being in paid ads and full-funnel strategy and execution for coaches and course creators.

You’ll be responsible for not only developing the paid ad strategy (including creatives), but also for setting up each step of the funnel, and acquiring other freelancers wherever you need to fill in any skill gaps and get everything built with as little of my involvement as possible.

In this sense, you’ll also be acting somewhat like a project manager.

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:

1. Who has experience working specifically with paid funnel strategies for coaches or course creators
2. Knows exactly what to do to set up ads and a funnel for each offer and can take total ownership over the steps necessary to get that done
3. Can be given a link to an ad, and then reverse-engineer their funnel, including breaking it down into steps in a project and assigning tasks to me for whatever you need me to do. For example, some tasks can’t be done by you – like recording myself for a video ad, or if I need to give you access to something, or review something for final sign-off.
4. Will tell me what to do next rather than need me to tell you that.
5. Has a strong level of English (needn’t be perfect)
6. Proficient in Facebook Ads (and preferably Google ads as well). Bonus if you’re familiar or willing to learn other ad platforms like Tiktok, Reddit, LinkedIn
7. Attempts to solve problems before coming to me for a solution (unless solving it on your own would take significantly longer than me quickly giving you the answer)
8. Can generate reports with metrics covering not only our ads but also metrics covering the rest of the funnel steps so we can make constant improvements and upgrades
9. Can be available from time to time for a call in CET working hours
10. Fine with managing everything in ClickUp

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Payment would be based on hours and tracked up to a certain limit (likely 20 hours/week to start) with the goal of moving you to full-time as sales start coming in.

You’re welcome to work whatever time of the day suits you best, but you would need to be available from time to time to conduct phone calls during CET working hours.

3. I’ll invite you to an interview to get introduced, learn more about you, and discuss any questions I have about your strategy
