A professional services firm offering legal immigration consulting services, is in search of a skilled and experienced Ad Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving targeted traffic to our website through strategic advertising campaigns. If you have a knack for digital marketing, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Management:
Strategize, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic to our website.
Focus on maintaining a low Cost Per Click (CPC) and maximizing Click-Through Rate (CTR) to achieve optimal results.
Audience Targeting and Keyword Research:
Conduct thorough research to identify and target relevant audiences
Utilize effective keyword strategies to optimize ad campaigns for maximum visibility and engagement.
Creative Development:
Develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
Ensure all creatives adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
Campaign Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve desired results.
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience managing successful advertising campaigns with a focus on driving traffic and achieving low CPC/high CTR.
Strong background in digital marketing, with specific expertise in ad campaign management.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy and decision-making.
Proposal Requirements:
Interested applicants are encouraged to submit examples of previous ad campaigns they have managed.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the professional services/legal industry.

**Requirements**
3+ year experience in paid marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
– **Someone with experience should be able to provide a winning ad creative and campaign they have made in the past and explain why they think it worked. They should be able to comment on the target audience, the hook, the angle, why it grabbed attention.**
– They need to have experience researching ad creatives. They should have experience with Meta ad library and other spy tools. (PiPi ads).
– They should understand marketing, copywriting
