About The Role

The client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Paid Ads Manager to join their team. This role involves managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, with a strong focus on meta-ads. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to analyze data, identify target audiences, and craft compelling ad creatives. They should have proven experience in driving quality traffic, maximizing conversions, and increasing ROI. Experience in contractor marketing or the home services niche is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

-Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with business goals and target audience preferences.
-Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid advertising efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
-Set up, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
-Create ad copies, headlines, and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
-Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
-Generate regular reports outlining key metrics, trends, and insights for stakeholders.
-Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure a maximum return on investment.
-Monitor spending, adjust bids, and allocate resources based on campaign performance and objectives.
-Stay updated on developments in digital advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
-Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance overall marketing strategies.

Who Are We Looking For?

-Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
-In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
-Expertise in meta-ads is essential.
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.
-Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Experience in the home services niche or contractor marketing is a plus.
